Covenants, Education & Enforcement Committee
Purpose
The primary purpose of the Covenants is to create a residential community which is aesthetically pleasing and functionally convenient. Our goal is to live in a community we take pride in and, enjoy showing to our visiting friends. To this end, the CEEC Committee strives to develop a relationship with the Membership as it relates to the interpretation and enforcement of the Covenants.
The Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of Woodside Plantation, dated September 6, 1986 is available online. If you prefer a hard copy, one may be purchased at the POA office for $25.00.
Objectives
- Respond to member concerns/suggestions in a timely and unbiased professional manner.
- Establish a direct line of communications between the Board and the Membership.
