PROPERTY OWNERS & TENANT

 

To update your Woodside Resident decal, you must bring your current, up to date vehicle registration (or Bill of Sale or Lease) to the POA office. Decals cannot be mailed. If you traded in a vehicle or your decal was damaged during a windshield replacement, then you must additionally bring in the old decal, even if it is in pieces upon removal.

 

Without return of the old decal, there is a $25.00 fee for replacement.

An optional barcode can be issued in addition to your decal. Property owners are issued two free barcodes per property. There will be a $10.00 fee for any additional barcodes.

 

Tenant decals are issued with current, up to date registration and a $50.00 refundable deposit per decal.

The deposit is refundable upon return of each issued decal within 60 days of move out. Optional barcodes are available with a $25.00 NON-refundable fee per vehicle.

 

The POA office accepts CASH & CHECK only.

 

Regular decal renewal takes place every other year beginning April 1st and ending May 31st. You are not required to return the old decal during the regular renewal period but will be required to bring in your current, up to date registration. Any installed barcodes will remain active when your decal is renewed in the renewal period. There is no fee for renewal.

Woodside mailboxes must be obtained through the POA office.

To obtain a new mailbox, you will need to fill out and return mailbox request form to the front desk at the POA office.

The form may be printed HERE or picked up at the POA office.

Mailbox installation generally takes up to 10 business days from the date of payment but is not guaranteed.

Getting your guest into the community is easy utilizing our Gate Access system.

You can enter passes using the App on your smart device called Gate Access by ABDi, by clicking the tab called “Gate Access” on the WPPOA website homepage or by going to http://www.gateaccess.net from any browser.

You will need to log in using the credentials obtained from the POA office. The community code for Woodside is WPPOA.

Your username will always be the Main Telephone number that you have on file with the POA office.

Your password will be the 4 or 5 digit pin number provided to you by the POA office.

Additionally there is an automated phone system that can be used to enter passes by dialing 803-641-2368
You will be required to enter your 4 or 5 digit pin number and follow the prompts.

If you are looking for a more permanent pass option you may purchase your guest an Annual Guest Decal.

Annual Guest decals are issued with sponsorship by a Woodside Property Owner. There are forms required to be signed by both the Property Owner and the Guest obtaining the decal.

Forms can be obtained at the POA office or printed HERE.

There is a $65.00 fee per Guest decal. Guest must either accompany the sponsor or come in after the sponsor has completed required forms, with their current, up to date vehicle registration (or Bill of Sale or Lease).

Guest decals are valid from August to August and must be renewed yearly for continued access.

Guest may purchase an optional barcode for a $25.00 fee.

Garden Plot Rentals
Garden plot rentals are available through the POA office on a first come, first serve basis.

There are 2 options available, the upper section being pesticide free and the lower section allowing pesticides.

There is limited availability on plots and a wait list.

RV Area Rentals
The Woodside RV area is an amenity with limited space available for rent to Woodside Property Owners in several different size options.

There is a waiting list for all spaces & pricing varies by the size of space.

Please contact the front desk via email at wppoa@wppoa.com if interested in being added to the RV wait list or for more information on either of the above amenities.

Any tree being removed inside Woodside Planation that is over four inches in diameter or four feet in height must be approved to remove.

To submit a tree for removal, please fill out and return the tree removal request form to the POA front desk where you will receive orange ribbon to be placed on the trees in question.  If your request for tree removal is part of an improvement review through the ARB, please indicate so on the form.

You can pick up the form in the POA office or print it HERE.

Once the tree removal form is submitted to the POA office, a member of the ARB will review the submission and provide a response within five to six business days.

This same form is used for Satellite approval request and lot clearing/grubbing request.

Woodside offers convenient and affordable advertising options for the Aiken community.
Our monthly newsletter is distributed to approximately 2100 Woodside Plantation homes. Delivered digitally in color (as of 7/1/2022) to the entire community, and in black & white print, to an average of 1600 homes. During your advertising period, you may also display your business cards in our lobby.

There is currently an advertising wait list. Once you choose to be added, we will contact you as soon as space becomes available.
There is a three month payment requirement for new advertisers.

ADVERTISING POLICY
The WPPOA (Woodside Plantation Property Owners’ Association) sells newsletter advertising space for the convenience of Woodside property owners and to offset printing and mailing costs. The WPPOA does not endorse any advertiser. It is the property owner’s responsibility to check references and/or performance records. If the WPPOA receives a written complaint from a property owner about unsatisfactory services from an advertiser, it reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refrain from and/or resume publication of further advertising. 

If you have a concern or suggestion that you are interested in having addressed by a WPPOA staff member or Board Member, you must submit your concern in writing.

To submit a formal request you may simply email wppoa@wppoa.com or use the “Submit a Concern/Suggestion” form on the WPPOA website homepage.

You can also print the concern form here and return it to the POA office.

You must include your name and Woodside address.

Anonymous concerns will not be addressed. Concern/suggestions are kept confidential. 

Submit an ARB Request

ARB approval is required to make any exterior changes to your home or any major landscaping changes.

The ARB meets twice a month on the first and third Mondays. ARB submissions are always due no later than noon on the Wednesday before the meeting.

To submit a project for an ARB approval, you will need to fill out an ARB Improvement form. You can print the form HERE or pick one up at the POA office. You can turn the completed forms into the front desk at the POA office or you may send your completed form to Adrienne Knowles via email at adrienne@wppoa.com

Please make sure that the form is filled out completely with as much detail as possible to prevent delay in the review process. If your project is large scale, a checklist will be provided to ensure a complete submission. If you are making changes in material and/or color, make sure to submit color samples, paint chips, and/or pictures to aid the board in your review.
