WPPOA CONCERN PROCEDURE
Property Owners with a concern or suggestion must submit a written request to the POA office ( this may be via email, form or letter). Your name must be included on the suggestion/concern, anonymous notes will not be addressed. Please be assured that all suggestion/concerns are held confidential.
- Your suggestion/concern is cataloged into the system and assigned a number and cover sheet.
- The suggestion/concern is directed to the WPPOA Board Member with the direct responsibility relating to the given suggestion/concern.
- The appropriate Board Member will respond with a call, email or letter to the suggestion/concern within 10 business days.
